The Suncorp Redevelopment project was located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, operated by head contractor Probuild and involved a complex and challaging demolition scope successfully carried out by Delta Group.

The scaffold design scope included the engineering of a 120 metre high façade scaffold and containment system, temporary structural steel cantilever system & propping support systems to facilitate the projects operations.

As the project posed significant risk, due to the public interface, the scaffolding requirements played a significant role in the projects hazard control strategies and procedures. Our internal engineering department provided all necessary services and solutions to successfully meet our client’s requirements.
